Kashmir Institute of Medical sciences & Technology is sponsored by a non Government registered trust namely “J&K CREATIVE EDUCATIONAL TRUST” The Government of Jammu & Kashmir has accored the recognition for imparting training in paramedical Courses.
The institute of paramedical sciences of the J&K creative educational trust has been established with the main aim of preparing a competent cadre of young professionals in the areas of Nursing,Pharmacy , Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology and Imaging Technology and operation theater technology, there is an urgent need to produce paramedical staff for bringing efficiency in the present medical setup by having trained man power of paramedical assistants.
